WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR?
Bring options! I recommend avoiding neon colors, bring something fun that is your brand and expresses who you are! Also, be sure to consider the weather when choosing what to wear, along with the location (ie. sunblock, bug spray etc)
DO YOU EXCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
At this time Primrose Photography accepts Cash app and Cash.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
Reach out to me and we will reschedule for as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please attempt to cancel 48 hours in advance.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?
You will be emailed or texted a gallery in which you can download all your images, they will be available online for 1 year.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE THE EDITED IMAGES?
You can expect a turn around to time of maximum two weeks to receive edited images. However, larger events such as weddings can take 3-4 weeks.
Late Policy:
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment as there may be other appointments after yours. Your appointment will start at the scheduled time whether you are there or not. If you need to reschedule please be sure to reach out to me as soon as possible to do this.
Raw Images:
Primrose Photography does not sell, or grant access to RAW images. All images are edited as the photographer sees as appropriate, if you have a preference I will take it under advisement.
We maintain the rights
to ALL photography, due to the nature of digital photography once final images are sent no refund is possible due to the fact that photos can not be unsent. Furthermore, we reserve the right to use all photos for our websites and online advertisement. Please do not re-edit images and post them on social media, if this become an issue, we will not book you for future appointments.
